Cost for site prep, Utilities
Electricity
Electricity should be installed by a certified electrician.
Install 50-amp, 110/120-volt outlets per site.
This cost could range anywhere from $2,000-$3,000 per site.
Septic Tank
In general you can expect to pay around $100,000 per septic tank when you include drain fields, labor and piping.
How many sites connected to each tank determines the cost of sewer per site. Figure $500 per site connection for plumbing and dirt work.
Plan to have your sewer system cleaned every 3-5 years.
Water
Drilling a well can run $50-$100 per foot. The cost will also depend on how deep the well will need to be.
All lines have to be buried below the frost line in cold climates so trenching, labor and cost of lines. about $500 per site not including the cost of drilling and pump house.
